Next year, Lamborghini the famous
Italian car manufacturer will be celebrating its 50th anniversary.
Starting from 1963 the car company has been bringing amazing ideas,
shapes and innovations to the world of vehicles. The history of the
brand has served as the inspiration for the Lamborghini Ferruccio
concept, designed in a celebration of this great event. Ferruccio
Lamborghini concept was designed by Mark Hostler, a transportation
design student at Staffordshire university.
The concept includes the current design
language and innovations of the car manufacturer, as well as elements of
design language from many different era’s of Lamborghini.
The front end, bonnet, and super-wide
rear end of Ferruccio Lamborghini are similar to the Countach. From the
first sight you can see the similarities of the front and rear wings to
the Miura, while the sharp nose and mirrors, and aggressive air intakes
across the body and roof look a lot like the current Lamborghini
designs.
The concept will most likely feature a
small 5.0 liter V12 engine, powered by two turbochargers and feature
direct injection technology.
